Maccabi Raanana (National League) inked 30-year old American 203cm power forward Jimmy Hall (college: Kent State) for upcoming season. Hall played most recently at KB Peja in Kosovan Superliga. He managed to play in four leagues in two countries last year (!!!). The team played in three different competitions that year, and he had a chance to explore basketball on different levels. In 11 Superliga games he recorded 11.2ppg, 5.8rpg and 1.5apg. Hall helped them to end the regular season as a second best team in the league. They also advanced to the league semifinals. He also played 5 games in Balkan League where he averaged 11.8ppg, 6.2rpg and 1.8apg. Hall also played 2 games in Liga Unike where he got 8.5ppg, 3.5rpg and 1.0apg. The other team he played that season for was Ramat Gan in Israeli Winner League. In 8 games he got 7.8ppg, 4.8rpg and 1.9apg.
He is a very experienced player. Hall has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to four different countries on three different continents (Europe, Latin America and of course North America). He has played previously professionally in France, Mexico (Halcones de Ciudad Obregon), Israel (Maccabi Effie Capital Rishon Le-Zion, Hapoel Holon, Maccabi Hod Hasharon, Kiryat Ata and Hapoel Migdal Haemek) and The Basketball Tournament (Mid-American U.). Hall was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Israeli National League Honorable Mention back in 2018 and 2019.
He graduated from Kent State in 2017 and it will be his eighth season in pro basketball. Hall played also for Hofstra University for one year.
