Tottenham vs Man City: TV channel and kick off time

Tottenham welcome Manchester City to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Tuesday night as the pair play their game in hand on those around them in the table.

For Spurs, they need to avoid defeat to ensure the race for a top-four finish goes to the final day of the Premier League season, with Ange Postecoglou’s side four points behind Aston Villa following their 3-3 draw with Liverpool on Monday night.

City, though, need to do something they’ve never done in the league to leapfrog Arsenal into top spot heading into the final day of the season – win at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Since Spurs’ stadium move in 2019, City have scored just once, that a Nathan Ake goal in the FA Cup earlier this year.

It’s a predicament for Spurs, though. If they lose, they miss out on the Champions League next season. Win or draw, and it hands the impetus to north London rivals Arsenal heading into the final day of the campaign.

Spurs still have a raft of injuries heading into tonight’s game. Richarlison and Yves Bissouma have joined the likes of Destiny Udogie, Ben Davies and Timo Werner on the sidelines. Oliver Skipp may start at left-back once more, or Micky van de Ven could move over to the left side of defence with Radu Dragusin starting.

City, meanwhile, are sweating on the fitness of Ake, who was forced off in the first half of Saturday’s dominant 4-0 win over Fulham. Pep Guardiola has plenty of options in reserve should the Dutchman fail to recover.
