Professional golfer Max Homa, along with Tom Kim and Kevin Kisner, are slated to team up with Tiger Woods to represent the four-man Jupiter Links Golf Club team in the upcoming TGL presented by SoFi, a new tech-focused golf league set to launch in the US in January 2025.
Woods, a co-founder of TMRW Sports and part-owner of Jupiter Links Golf Club, expressed his excitement for the league and the finalized team roster, consisting of top-tier golfers. Homa, a six-time PGA Tour winner, shared his enthusiasm for playing alongside Tiger Woods and his teammates, Tom and Kevin, in this unique format.
Tom Kim, a three-time PGA Tour winner and rising star, also spoke about his admiration for Tiger Woods and the opportunity to compete alongside him and his teammates in the TGL format. Kevin Kisner, a four-time PGA Tour champion, expressed gratitude for the chance to compete against and alongside Tiger, emphasizing the perfect balance of fun and competition within their team.
The Jupiter Links GC team, supported by US entrepreneur David Blitzer, has unveiled its team logo combining a palm tree with a golf flag, embodying a ‘Florida beach vibe’. The team is gearing up to bring their A-game to TGL, a revolutionary team golf league merging technology with live-action play.
TGL presented by SoFi will feature six teams of PGA TOUR superstars, including Atlanta Drive GC, Boston Common Golf, Jupiter Links Golf Club, Los Angeles Golf Club, New York Golf Club, and San Francisco. The league is set to kick off on January 7, 2025, at the SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, offering fans a dynamic and engaging experience of team golf.
