Tim Connelly and the Minnesota Timberwolves have reached a new agreement on his contract, which includes an opt-out clause after the 2024-2025 season.
Connelly was brought in from the Denver Nuggets in 2022 and previously had the option to opt-out after this season. He initially signed a five-year, $40 million contract, with Marc Lore and Alex Rodriguez playing a key role in the decision.
The timing of Connelly’s opt-out is designed to coincide with the ownership transfer from Glen Taylor.
