Titans Hosted Three Players for Workouts on Wednesday

Titans Worked Out 3 Players On Wednesday

The Tennessee Titans entered the 2024 NFL season with cautious optimism. They added a few players in the offseason to give them confidence that they could improve from their 2023 campaign, and Will Levis was expected to take a step forward as a passer. He hasn’t necessarily inspired confidence with his play to this point and has particularly struggled with turnovers.

With that in mind, Aaron Wilson recently reported on X that the team worked out three quarterbacks: C.J. Beathard, Nate Sudfield, and Trevor Siemian.

As Wilson noted, Siemian was signed to the practice squad, the only one of this group that was signed thus far. While this could be nothing, it’s somewhat concerning for Levis’ future that the team was willing to give three quarterbacks a workout.

Of course, one of the reasons for these workouts is because Levis suffered a shoulder injury last week, but he’s given every indication that he’ll be ready to play whenever the Titans need him to. This team is already 1-3, and if they’re not careful, they could fall to 1-4 this week.

With that in mind, they might want to do anything possible to change things up, especially on the offensive side of the ball. If they believe that Levis doesn’t give them the best chance to win under center, they could look elsewhere for production. It will be interesting to see how this team performs for the rest of the season, and if they’ll continue to slide or make a miraculous comeback at some point.
