TNF Graphic Highlights Patriots’ Lack Of Stars This Season

This has been a season to forget if you’re a New England Patriots fan.

The team has fared terribly on the field, and judging by their current roster, it shouldn’t be much of a surprise.

The Patriots’ lack of star power was on full display in a graphic promoting the next Thursday Night Football clash between the Patriots and the Pittsburgh Steelers (via The 33rd Team).

The graphic showed HC Bill Belichick on one side and DE T.J. Watt on the other, and as hilarious as it might be, it also speaks volumes of how depleted the Patriots roster is.

Even so, that’s the harsh truth.

Perhaps they could’ve used Matthew Judon, but he’s out with an injury.

Mac Jones has been their scapegoat, and we don’t even know if he’s going to start for them again, so he wasn’t a potential choice.

At the end of the day, Bill Belichick is the only thing the Patriots have that could make fans believe that they could win a game.

Then again, it’s not like he’s fared well without Tom Brady anyway.

Belichick has been the main person responsible for this downfall.

If he keeps this up, perhaps he’s going to have to suit up and test his luck against Watt.
