Tobias Harris Anticipated to Depart from Sixers in Offseason

Tobias Harris Expected To Leave Sixers In Offseason

According to sources cited by Tim Bontemps of ESPN, Tobias Harris is expected to depart from the Philadelphia 76ers in free agency.

Harris recently concluded a five-year, $180 million contract with the Sixers that was signed during the 2019 offseason, coinciding with their decision to allow Jimmy Butler to depart in a sign-and-trade deal.

During the Sixers’ first round series loss to the New York Knicks, Harris averaged 10.8 points per game and notably went scoreless in Game 6.

His performance has been a point of contention for Sixers’ fans.
