Tom Brady’s second career as an NFL color commentator for Fox Sports is underway, and he is using his extensive knowledge about the league, the game, and its top players in this new role.

The first two weeks of the new season have brought several surprises, prompting Brady to take to Twitter and share his top three stars from Week 2.

He selected New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara, Buffalo Bills RB James Cook, and Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray as the standout performers from the previous week.

The Saints, who faced doubts after falling short of expectations last season, have started this season strong with a 2-0 record and a potent offense.

Currently leading the league in scoring, the Saints have surpassed 40 points in both their opening games. While QB Derek Carr has received praise for the offensive output, Kamara’s contributions cannot be overlooked, with 198 rushing yards and five total touchdowns.

Cook, who had a breakout 2023 season with 1,122 rushing yards and a Pro Bowl selection, has continued his form into Buffalo’s first two wins of the season, totaling 149 rushing yards, 49 receiving yards, and three touchdowns.

Murray, returning from an ACL tear that sidelined him for parts of the last two seasons, has steered Arizona to a 2-0 record, including a dominant 41-10 win over the Los Angeles Rams where he threw for 266 yards and three touchdowns.
