With the NFL offseason in the books, we can start talking about winners and losers.

Free agency and the NFL Draft are in the rearview mirror, and while some teams, like the Dallas Cowboys, got significantly worse, others went in the opposite direction.

With that in mind, ESPN insider Mike Greenberg shared his list of the five biggest winners of the NFL offseason (via Get Up).

The Los Angeles Chargers got the nod at No. 5.

Despite losing some key members of the offense like Keenan Allen, Austin Ekeler, and Mike Williams, hiring Jim Harbaugh was a massive win, and they did an outstanding job in the NFL Draft with the additions of Joe Alt and Ladd McConkey.

At No. 4, he chose the reigning Super Bowl champions, the Kansas City Chiefs.

Even though they lost L’Jarius Sneed, they were able to extend Chris Jones’ contract, and added Marquise Brown and Xavier Worthy to their decimated wide receivers corps as well.

The Philadelphia Eagles, unsurprisingly, sit at No. 3.

After hiring Kellen Moore and Vic Fangio as their new top assistants, they managed to get Saquon Barkley in free agency, followed by an outstanding performance in the draft by getting two of the highest-ranked DBs in this class.

At No. 2, he chose the New York Jets.

Aaron Rodgers now has more protection, as they addressed their major concerns on the offensive line, as well as adding Mike Williams.

And, as expected, the Chicago Bears were the biggest winners.

Not only did they add D’Andre Swift and Keenan Allen, but they also got Caleb Williams and Rome Odunze, and it doesn’t get much better than that.
