NEWTON, Kan. — The 2024 U.S. Adaptive Open kicks off Monday at Sand Creek Station, showcasing 96 of the world’s best disabled golfers in its third edition. Players wrapped up their final practice round on Sunday as they geared up for the tournament. This year marks a new location for the championship, moving from Pinehurst No. 6 in North Carolina. Additionally, participants had to qualify for the event through six qualifiers held across the country. The field is divided into eight categories: Upper Limb Impairment, Intellectual Impairment, Lower Limb Impairment, Multiple Limb Amputee, Neurological Impairment, Seated Players, Short Stature, and Vision Impairment.
