Top Players Figueroa, Medina, and Beaudry Lead US Men’s National Team Under-19 Roster for June Exhibition Matches

Figueroa, Medina, Beaudry headline USMNT U-19 roster for June friendlies

The U.S. Under-19 men’s national team’s preparations continue this June with matches against Argentina and Uruguay.

Keyrol Figueroa, Cruz Medina, and Adam Beaudry headlined Michael Nsien’s 24-player roster for June’s upcoming camp, U.S. Soccer announced. The Americans will take on Argentina on June 7 in Buenos Aires before closing their two-match schedule against Uruguay on June 11 in Montevideo.

June’s schedule will serve as preparation for the CONCACAF Under-20 Championship in Guanajuato, Mexico. Four nations will advance out of that tournament into the 2025 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Chile.

Ten players were a part of the United States’ strong showing at the 2023 FIFA U-17 World Cup last fall in Indonesia. Figueroa, Medina, and Beaudry were among those players, which also featured Taha Habroune and David Vazquez.

Nolan Norris, Sergio Oregel Jr. and Brooklyn Raines were part of the United States’ 2023 Pan American Games squad which finished fourth, the best finish for the U.S. since 1999.
