Top Players Zverev, Rune, and Khachanov Ready to Face Off at Hurlingham Club

Prior to the Wimbledon Championships, some ATP players will aim to fine-tune their game at the 2024 Giorgio Armani Tennis Classic at the Hurlingham Club.

They often choose weeks leading up to Wimbledon as they are vacation weeks, wanting to recover after the first part of the season. As a result, many find it difficult to fit an ATP tournament into their schedule prior to the major at SW19.

Luckily for them, there are a couple of exhibitions running prior to the Grand Slam in London. One of them is the Boodles Challenge, and running around the same time is also the exhibition played at the Hurlingham Club, currently called the Giorgio Armani Tennis Classic.

The club where the tournament is played was founded back in 1869, so it boasts a long history, and in 2024, the exhibition at the Hurlingham Club will be played from June 25th to 29th.

The entry list of players, who will compete in Hurlingham is truly exciting for tennis fans, as recent Roland Garros finalist, Alexander Zverev headlines the list of players, who will compete at the exhibition tournament.

Joining him will be Holger Rune from Denmark, who will want to finally return to the Top 10 of the ATP Rankings, while the likes of Nicolas Jarry, Karen Khachanov, and Frances Tiafoe will also want to fine-tune their grass game at the Giorgio Armani Tennis Classic.

Lorenzo Musetti had a relatively successful grass season in 2023 and if he wants to follow up on that, competing at the Hurlingham Club may prove to be vital. Home fans will be cheering for Cameron Norrie and the youngest participant at the event will be Luca Van Assche.

The tournament also has a legends section, as Nicolas Almagro, Mansour Bahrami, Marcos Baghdatis, and Mark Philippoussis will showcase their craft to fans.

In 2024, the Giorgio Armani Tennis Classic will feature also a Junior Invitational tournament. The entry list for this tournament consists of Emerson Jones, Laura Samson, Mika Stojsavljevic, Sonobe Wakana, Reda Bennani, Mark Ceban, Diego Dedura-Palomero, Hayden Jones, Moise Kouema, Jagger Leach, and Max Schoenhaus.
