Oklahoma City Thunder’s Chet Holmgren and Phoenix Suns’ Bol Bol recently had the opportunity to work out with NBA superstar Kevin Durant, seizing the chance to learn from the two-time NBA champion during the offseason.
Both promising young big men utilized the session to gain insights and enhance their skills under the guidance of Durant, a seasoned veteran known for his scoring prowess and basketball IQ.
Throughout the season, Holmgren demonstrated his versatility on the court, averaging an impressive 16.5 points, 7.9 rebounds, and 2.4 assists in 29.4 minutes per game for the Thunder.
Meanwhile, Bol, who shares a team with Durant in Phoenix, was contributing 5.2 points and 3.2 rebounds in limited playing time.
As offseason workouts provide an invaluable opportunity for player development and refinement, Holmgren and Bol capitalized on the chance to train alongside one of the game’s elite talents in Durant, absorbing knowledge and honing their craft for the upcoming season.
