The 2024 NFL Draft is set to take place later this week with all eyes on the offensive talent in this year’s class. Quarterback and offensive tackle depth is at its best in years, and the wide receiver group is arguably the strongest in decades. Standout receivers like Marvin Harrison Jr., Malik Nabers, and Rome Odunze are among the top prospects, with Brian Thomas Jr., Adonai Mitchell, and Xavier Legette also garnering first-round consideration.

Days 2 and 3 of the draft are expected to offer several quality options, with some potential surprise picks. Notably, UNC’s Devontez Walker is gaining traction, having visited with the Kansas City Chiefs and Las Vegas Raiders. Walker, with impressive physical attributes and performance, is generating strong interest and could be a valuable addition to many NFL teams.

The Chiefs, in particular, have a need for wide receiver depth, especially given uncertainties surrounding current players like Rashee Rice. Meanwhile, the Raiders could benefit from added receiving talent alongside Davante Adams and Jakobi Meyers. Walker’s combination of size, speed, and athleticism makes him an intriguing prospect, and it will be intriguing to see where he lands in the draft.
