Tracking Every Injury, Including the Latest on Tyreek Hill, Isiah Pacheco, De’Von Achane, Chris Godwin, DJ Moore, and Others

Injuries are an unfortunate reality of NFL life, but everyone who follows the league — fantasy football players, sports bettors, and fans of teams — wants the latest health information. In that vein, we’re tracking every NFL injury ahead of Week 15.

Let’s review the injury report for every game on the NFL’s Week 15 schedule. Remember, you can always stay updated on the latest injury buzz around the league with PFN’s NFL and Fantasy News Tracker.

NFL Week 15 Injury Tracker

Minnesota Vikings at Cincinnati Bengals (Saturday)

  • Vikings: RB Alexander Mattison, OUT (ankle); WR Justin Jefferson, QUESTIONABLE (chest); WR Jalen Nailor, OUT (concussion); OT Brian O’Neill, OUT (ankle); G Chris Reed, QUESTIONABLE (illness)
  • Bengals: OT Jackson Carman, QUESTIONABLE (illness); TE Drew Sample, QUESTIONABLE (illness); LB Joe Bachie, QUESTIONABLE (oblique)

Vikings: Jefferson returned to action on Sunday after a seven-game injury absence but subsequently departed with a chest injury. Fortunately, he’s only dealing with a bruise. On Wednesday, Jefferson told reporters that he will play against Cincinnati on Saturday, so his questionable tag seems to be a technicality.

Mattison was trending in the other direction after spraining his ankle against the Las Vegas Raiders this week. He never practiced this week and has been ruled out for Saturday’s game. With Mattison sidelined, Ty Chandler should see the bulk of Minnesota’s RB touches.

Bengals: While WRs Ja’Marr Chase and Tyler Boyd were limited earlier in the week, neither player will carry an injury designation into Week 15.

Pittsburgh Steelers at Indianapolis Colts (Saturday)

  • Steelers: QB Kenny Pickett, OUT (ankle); G Isaac Seumalo, QUESTIONABLE (shoulder)
  • Colts: RB Jonathan Taylor, OUT (thumb); OT Braden Smith, OUT (knee)

SteelersMitchell Trubisky will continue to start for Pittsburgh while Pickett is sidelined post-ankle surgery. But he may not have the club’s WR1 at his disposal.

Key Steelers like Diontae Johnson (knee) and edge rushers T.J. Watt and Alex Highsmith (both dealing with concussions) were listed on the club’s injury report earlier in the week but managed full practices on Thursday and will not carry a designation into Week 15.

Colts: Taylor did not practice this week and will miss his third straight post-thumb surgery game. Zack Moss has filled in, handling 38 touches over the past two weeks.

Smith will also be sidelined after sitting out of practice. Rookie Blake Freeland will make another start at right tackle.

Denver Broncos at Detroit Lions (Saturday)

  • Broncos: TE Greg Dulcich, OUT (hamstring); EDGE Nik Bonitto, OUT (knee); S P.J. Locke, QUESTIONABLE (neck)
  • Lions: QB Hendon Hooker, OUT (knee)

BroncosDenver opened Dulcich’s injured return (IR) window this week but will not activate him for Week 15. The Broncos can place the second-year TE on their 53-man roster at any point over the next two weeks.

Bonitto leads Denver in sacks (seven) and ranks second in QB hits (18), so the Broncos will feel his loss against Detroit. Fellow pass rushers Jonhon Cooper and Baron Browning will see more action on the edge.

Lions: Hooker will remain on the non-football injury (NFI) list for at least one more week. If Detroit doesn’t activate him next week, the third-round rookie will stay on NFI for the rest of the year.

Chicago Bears at Cleveland Browns

  • Bears: WR DJ Moore, QUESTIONABLE (ankle); WR Equanimeous St. Brown, OUT (pectoral); LB Noah Sewell, OUT (knee); S Jaquan Brisker, QUESTIONABLE (groin)
  • Browns: C Ethan Pocic, OUT (stinger); LB Anthony Walker, QUESTIONABLE (knee); LB Jordan Kunaszyk, OUT (calf); DT Jordan Elliott, QUESTIONABLE (concussion); CB Denzel Ward, QUESTIONABLE (shoulder); S Juan Thornhill, OUT (calf)

BearsMoore twisted his ankle on a third-quarter rushing attempt in Week 14 but was able to play through the issue. He sat out of Wednesday’s practice, but the fact that he returned to Sunday’s game is encouraging for his Week 15 availability. Moore practiced fully on Friday, suggesting he should be ready to face the Browns.

If Moore does end up missing Chicago’s upcoming game, Darnell Mooney and Tyler Scott will work as Justin Fields’ top two wideouts.

Browns: While Joe Flacco has brought good vibes back to Cleveland, the Browns’ Week injury news has been anything but positive.

Cleveland lost right tackle Dawand Jones to a season-ending knee injury this week and also learned left tackle Jedrick Wills Jr. — already on IR with a knee issue of his own — won’t be able to make it back this year. Meanwhile, Nick Harris will replace Pocic at center this week.

On defense, the Browns sent safety Grant Delpit (groin) to IR on Wednesday but hope he can return if they make the playoffs. With Thornhill out this week and fellow defensive back Rodney McLeod already on injured reserve, Ronnie Hickman and D’Anthony Bell profile as Cleveland’s starting safeties.

DT Maurice Hurst also went to injured reserve this week, while edge rusher Ogbo Okoronkwo will join him after a season-ending pectoral tear.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Green Bay Packers

  • Buccaneers: WR Chris Godwin, QUESTIONABLE (knee); DT Vita Vea, DOUBTFUL (toe); DT William Gholston, OUT (knee/ankle); LB Devin White, QUESTIONABLE (foot); CB Carlton Davis, OUT (groin); S Ryan Neal, DOUBTFUL (back); LS Zach Triner, QUESTIONABLE (elbow)
  • Packers: RB Aaron Jones, QUESTIONABLE (knee); RB AJ Dillon, QUESTIONABLE (thumb); WR Christian Watson, DOUBTFUL (hamstring); WR Dontayvion Wicks, QUESTIONABLE (ankle); LB Quay Walker, QUESTIONABLE (shoulder); CB Jaire Alexander, QUESTIONABLE (shoulder); CB Eric Stokes, QUESTIONABLE (hamstring); S Darnell Savage, QUESTIONABLE (shoulder)

BuccaneersGodwin didn’t practice early in the week but was able to return on Friday. Still, head coach Todd Bowles said Godwin will be a game-time decision against the Packers. Fellow WRs Trey Palmer and Deven Thompkins could see more action opposite Mike Evans if Godwin is sidelined.

Meanwhile, Tampa Bay’s defensive injury issues won’t let up. Gholston and Davis are out, while Vea and Neal are game-time decisions. Neither practiced on Friday, suggesting they won’t suit up on Sunday.

Packers: Jones was expected to return last week after getting in three limited practices, but he was a surprise inactive against the New York Giants. He has been limited again this week, but it’s difficult to take Jones’ availability for granted at this point.

Meanwhile, Dillon told reporters on Thursday that he broke his right thumb in the Packers’ Monday night loss to the New York Giants. He didn’t practice early in the week and was limited on Friday, so his status for Week 15 remains uncertain.

Green Bay offensive coordinator Adam Stenavich said the club is still evaluating Dillon’s injury. He noted that while Dillon could theoretically carry the football with his left arm/hand for an entire game, catching the ball in the receiving game could present more of an issue.

The Packers’ offensive injury concerns don’t stop at RB. Watson didn’t practice this week, while Wicks and fellow pass catcher Jayden Reed are banged up. Watson was injured near the end of the Packers’ Week 13 win over the Kansas City Chiefs, then sat out of Week 14.

Houston Texans at Tennessee Titans

  • Texans: QB C.J. Stroud, DOUBTFUL (concussion); WR Nico Collins, QUESTIONABLE (calf); WR Noah Brown, QUESTIONABLE (knee); OT George Fant, QUESTIONABLE (hip); G Shaq Mason, QUESTIONABLE (calf); EDGE Will Anderson Jr., OUT (ankle); LB Blake Cashman, OUT (hamstring); LB Henry To’oTo’o, QUESTIONABLE (hamstring); CB Tavierre Thomas, OUT (hamstring)
  • Titans: WR Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, QUESTIONABLE (ribs); WR Kyle Phillips, OUT (hamstring); TE Josh Whyle, OUT (knee); DT Jeffery Simmons, OUT (knee); DL Denico Autry, QUESTIONABLE (knee); LB Jack Gibbens, QUESTIONABLE (back); S K’Von Wallace, QUESTIONABLE (quad)

TexansStroud left Sunday’s loss to the New York Jets with a head injury and is now in the NFL’s concussion protocol. He did not practice this week, and while Stroud is listed as doubtful, he’s not expected to suit up against the Titans. Players rarely exit the protocol one week after entering, so Davis Mills will likely be Houston’s starting quarterback this week as the Texans push for the playoffs.

Collins also departed Week 14, never returned, and did not practice. He’s still listed as questionable, but he’s highly unlikely to play after sitting out all week. Brown has been limited but is expected to play, while TE Dalton Schultz managed full practices this week after missing two games with a hamstring injury.

Titans: Simmons never practiced this week and won’t play on Sunday, while Autry isn’t guaranteed to suit up. Tennessee also parted ways with fellow DL Teair Tart on Friday. The club’s banged-up defensive front could be at risk against a solid Texans offensive line.

Meanwhile, the Titans placed CB Kristian Fulton — who’s played three-quarters of the club’s defense snaps in 2023 — on IR this week.

New York Jets at Miami Dolphins

  • Jets: QB Aaron Rodgers, OUT (Achilles); FB Nick Bawden, QUESTIONABLE (knee); WR Jason Brownlee (ankle); OT Carter Warren, DOUBTFUL (hip); OT Max Mitchell, QUESTIONABLE (neck); C Joe Tippmann, QUESTIONABLE (shoulder); EDGE John Franklin-Myers, QUESTIONABLE (ankle)
  • Dolphins: RB De’Von Achane, QUESTIONABLE (toe); RB Chris Brooks, QUESTIONABLE (knee); WR Tyreek Hill, QUESTIONABLE (ankle); OT Terron Armstead, QUESTIONABLE (knee/ankle); OT Austin Jackson, QUESTIONABLE (oblique); OL Liam Eichenberg, QUESTIONABLE (calf); OL Robert Hunt, OUT (hamstring); EDGE Andrew Van Ginkel, QUESTIONABLE (oblique); CB Xavien Howard, QUESTIONABLE (hip); S Jevon Holland, QUESTIONABLE (knees); S DeShon Elliott, OUT (concussion/ribs)

JetsRodgers has now missed three of seven possible practices as he considers a return from his Week 1 Achilles injury. Given that New York is barely hanging on in the AFC Wild Card picture, Rodgers seems incredibly unlikely to play again this season.

Dolphins: Miami is walking wounded after its epic Week 14 collapse to the Titans.

Hill departed Monday night’s contest early in the first quarter and didn’t return until the second half. He did not practice all week, but the Dolphins are listing him as questionable for Sunday’s game. Head coach Mike McDaniel said Friday that if Hill thinks he can suit up and has the support of Miami’s medical staff, the All-Pro will play.

Achane, who’d been managing a rib injury, is now dealing with a toe issue and did not practice until Friday, when he was limited. If the rookie phenom can’t play on Sunday, Jeff Wilson Jr. will likely see work behind Raheem Mostert.

Hunt never practiced this week, while Armstead, Eichenberg, and Jackson have been limited. The Dolphins can hardly afford any more OL injuries, having already placed center Connor Williams on season-ending IR this week.

Kansas City Chiefs at New England Patriots

  • Chiefs: RB Isiah Pacheco, OUT (shoulder); OT Donovan Smith, OUT (neck)
  • Patriots: RB Rhamondre Stevenson, OUT (ankle); WR JuJu Smith-Schuster, QUESTIONABLE (ankle); WR DeVante Parker, QUESTIONABLE (knee); WR Tyquan Thornton, QUESTIONABLE (hamstring); OT Trent Brown, QUESTIONABLE (ankle/hand/illness); DT Christian Barmore, QUESTIONABLE (shoulder); LB Ja’Whaun Bentley, QUESTIONABLE (knee); ST Matthew Slater, QUESTIONABLE (groin)

ChiefsPacheco missed last week’s game and did not practice all week. On Friday, head coach Andy Reid said Pacheco underwent shoulder surgery and could return to practice as soon as next week.

Clyde Edwards-Helaire (32 snaps) and Jerick McKinnon (30) split work with Pacheco out in Week 14, but the Chiefs played a tight game against the Buffalo Bills. CEH might see increased usage if Kansas City dominates New England on Sunday.

Smith was the only other Chief to miss practice due to injury this week after a neck injury issue sidelined him for most of Week 13 and all of Week 14. Third-round rookie Wanya Morris has been playing left tackle ever since.

Patriots: Stevenson was New England’s only player who failed to practice this week. Although the Pats haven’t placed him on IR, Stevenson has a high ankle sprain and could conceivably miss the remainder of the season. Ezekiel Elliott will continue to work as New England’s bell-cow back.

New York Giants at New Orleans Saints

  • Giants: TE Darren Waller, QUESTIONABLE (hamstring); OT Evan Neal, DOUBTFUL (ankle); OL Justin Pugh (calf); DT Dexter Lawrence, QUESTIONABLE (hamstring)
  • Saints: RB Jamaal Williams, QUESTIONABLE (groin); RB Kendre Miller, OUT (ankle); WR Chris Olave, QUESTIONABLE (ankle); OT Ryan Ramczyk, QUESTIONABLE (knee); EDGE Isaiah Foskey, OUT (quad); EDGE Payton Turner, OUT (toe)

GiantsWaller, sidelined by a hamstring issue since Week 8, returned for limited practices this week. The veteran TE has been targeting a Week 15 return, and New York seems likely to activate him from IR in time to face the Saints. Waller had “no issues” practicing during the week, but the Giants may still limit his snap count.

Neal, who’s missed four consecutive games and six of the last seven, was limited this week but still doesn’t appear ready to return. Lawrence was questionable heading into Week 14 but ultimately suited up.

Saints: Olave failed to practice all week after picking up an ankle issue against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday. Still, head coach Dennis Allen said Olave still has a chance to play against the Giants, labeling New Orleans’ WR1 a game-time decision for Week 15.

On the plus side, WR Rashid Shaheed (thigh) and TE Taysom Hill (foot/left hand) are no longer listed on the Saints’ injury report after sitting out Week 14.

Atlanta Falcons at Carolina Panthers

  • Falcons: OT Jake Matthews, QUESTIONABLE (knee); OT Kaleb McGary, OUT (knee); G Chris Lindstrom, QUESTIONABLE (ankle); C Drew Dalman, QUESTIONABLE (ankle); EDGE LaCale London, QUESTIONABLE (knee); DT David Onyemata, QUESTIONABLE (ankle); DT Kentavius Street, OUT (pectoral); LB Nate Landman, QUESTIONABLE (knee)
  • Panthers: TE Ian Thomas, OUT (ankle); G Justin McCray, OUT (calf); EDGE Brian Burns, QUESTIONABLE (ankle); EDGE Yetur Gross-Matos, QUESTIONABLE (knee); EDGE Amare Barno, QUESTIONABLE (illness); CB D’Shawn Jamison, QUESTIONABLE (illness); S Xavier Woods, QUESTIONABLE (illness); S Sam Franklin Jr., QUESTIONABLE (finger); S Jammie Robinson, QUESTIONABLE (finger)

FalconsAtlanta’s offensive line room is a veritable infirmary. Matthews, Lindstrom, and Dalman should still have a good chance to play in Week 15 after managing limited practices on Friday. But Storm Norton will make his second start of the season at right tackle in place of McGary.

Panthers: TE Hayden Hurst has missed four games while dealing with post-traumatic amnesia. While the veteran tight end said his NFL career is not over, it remains unclear when he’ll be able to return to the field. Carolina placed him on injured reserve on Friday.

Burns, the Panthers’ best defensive player, is technically questionable, but interim head coach Chris Tabor expects the standout pass rusher to suit up against Atlanta.

Washington Commanders at Los Angeles Rams

  • Commanders: RB Brian Robinson Jr., OUT (hamstring); EDGE James Smith-Williams, OUT (hamstring)
  • Rams: WR Tutu Atwell, QUESTIONABLE (concussion); Rob Havenstein, QUESTIONABLE (groin)

CommandersRobinson injured his hamstring in Washington’s Week 13 loss to the Dolphins and missed the entire second half. He didn’t practice this week despite having the Commanders’ Week 14 bye to recover.

With Robinson out against the Rams, Antonio Gibson and Chris Rodriguez Jr. will split Washington’s backfield work, with Gibson likely holding onto his pass-catching role while taking some of Robinson’s vacated carries.

Rams: Atwell didn’t practice Wednesday but returned for a limited Thursday practice and went full on Friday after suffering a concussion in Week 14. He still needs to clear the NFL’s concussion protocol to play on Sunday.

Meanwhile, TE Tyler Higbee (neck) couldn’t play last week but managed a full practice on Friday, suggesting he’s good to go against the Commanders.

San Francisco 49ers at Arizona Cardinals

  • 49ers: RB Elijah Mitchell, OUT (knee); TE Ross Dwelley, OUT (ankle); G Spencer Burford, QUESTIONABLE (knee); G Aaron Banks, QUESTIONABLE (hip); DT Arik Armstead, OUT (foot/knee); DT Javon Hargrave, OUT (hamstring); LB Dre Greenlaw, QUESTIONABLE (hip/ankle); LB Oren Burks, OUT (knee); CB Charvarius Ward, QUESTIONABLE (groin)
  • Cardinals: WR Marquise Brown, QUESTIONABLE (heel); WR Michael Wilson, QUESTIONABLE (neck); TE Geoff Swaim, QUESTIONABLE (back); OL Elijah Wilkinson, QUESTIONABLE (neck); LB Krys Barnes, QUESTIONABLE (ribs); CB Bobby Price, OUT (quad); P Blake Gillikin, QUESTIONABLE (back)

49ersMitchell missed Sunday’s game, was limited to begin this week, and did not practice on Thursday or Friday. Jordan Mason will be Christian McCaffrey’s backup with Mitchell sidelined.

Armstead and Hargrave, San Francisco’s top two defensive tackles, will sit out of Week 15, allowing Javon Kinlaw and Keith Givens to start inside. Greenlaw returned to practice on Friday and looks ready for Sunday, while 49ers general manager John Lynch said Ward still has a chance to suit up.

Cardinals: Brown failed to practice before Arizona’s Week 13 game, and while he managed to play, he was clearly hampered. Even though the Cardinals had a bye in Week 14, Brown still couldn’t participate in Wednesday’s session. However, he returned for limited practices on Thursday and Friday.

Wilson also practiced on a limited basis after missing three of Arizona’s last four games. The third-round pick out of Stanford has posted 28 catches for 435 yards and two touchdowns in his rookie campaign.

Dallas Cowboys at Buffalo Bills

  • Cowboys: WR Brandin Cooks, QUESTIONABLE (illness); WR Jalen Tolbert, QUESTIONABLE (illness); OT Matt Waletzko, QUESTIONABLE (shoulder); EDGE Villami Fehoko, QUESTIONABLE (knee); DT Jonathan Hankins, OUT (knee/ankle); CB Stephon Gilmore, QUESTIONABLE (illness); S Malik Hooker, QUESTIONABLE (ankle)
  • Bills: WR Justin Shorter, QUESTIONABLE (hamstring); EDGE A.J. Epenesa, OUT (rib); CB Kaiir Elam, QUESTIONABLE (ankle); S Micah Hyde, OUT (neck stinger)

CowboysWhile Cooks, Tolbert, and Gilmore are all sick, illnesses rarely stop NFL players from appearing in games. All three should be expected to play against Buffalo.

Hankins has a high ankle sprain, which could cost him multiple games. Head coach Mike McCarthy said Hankins will be “hard-pressed” to play against Buffalo. Neither Hankins nor Hooker has practiced this week.

Bills: Although rookie TE Dalton Kincaid (thumb/shoulder) was limited all week, he’s been removed from Buffalo’s injury report ahead of Week 15.

Epenesa and Hyde failed to practice all week. Head coach Sean McDermott labeled both players week to week but said “we’ll see” when asked if either Epenesa or Hyde could be placed on IR.

Baltimore Ravens at Jacksonville Jaguars (SNF)

  • Ravens: EDGE Malik Hamm, QUESTIONABLE (ankle); S Kyle Hamilton, QUESTIONABLE (knee)
  • Jaguars: WR Jamal Agnew, QUESTIONABLE (shoulder); TE Brenton Strange, QUESTIONABLE (foot); OT Walker Little, QUESTIONABLE (hamstring); OL Ezra Cleveland, QUESTIONABLE (knee); LB Ross Matiscik, QUESTIONABLE (back); CB Tyson Campbell, OUT (quad); CB Tre Herndon, QUESTIONABLE (concussion); CB Christian Braswell, QUESTIONABLE (hamstring); S Andre Cisco, OUT (groin)

Ravens: While Baltimore has dealt with its fair share of injury concerns in 2023, the club is relatively healthy entering Week 15.

Hamilton, who reportedly sprained his knee against the Rams on Sunday, was limited on Wednesday and Thursday but managed a full practice on Friday, suggesting he’ll be ready to face the Jaguars. Head coach John Harbaugh said Hamilton has a “good” chance to play on Sunday.

Jaguars: Trevor Lawrence (ankle) practiced in full on Wednesday, so his status for this week won’t be in question as it was heading into Week 14.

Little missed week’s contest, forcing Cleveland to move from left guard to left tackle. When Cleveland got hurt in-game, Blake Hance had to take over as Lawrence’s blindside protector. Jacksonville hopes to deploy Little at LT and Cleveland at LG against Baltimore’s strong defensive front.

Campbell, the Jaguars’ top cornerback, will now have missed seven of the club’s last eight games. With Cisco also out and Herndon questionable, Jacksonville’s secondary depth is a concern against Zay Flowers and Odell Beckham Jr.

Philadelphia Eagles at Seattle Seahawks (MNF)

  • Eagles: G Cam Jurgens (pectoral); LB Zach Cunningham (knee); CB Darius Slay (knee)
  • Seahawks: QB Geno Smith (groin); WR Dee Eskridge (ribs); G Anthony Bradford (knee); DT Leonard Williams (ankle); DT Jarran Reed (wrist); LB Jordyn Brooks (ankle); LB Nick Bellore (knee); CB Devon Witherspoon (hip); CB Tre Brown (heel); S Jamal Adams (knee)

Eagles: Jurgens, Cunningham, and Slay failed to practice on Thursday or Friday. While they could still return tomorrow and play in Week 15, their statuses remain up in the air.

Seahawks: Smith missed Seattle’s Week 14 loss to the 49ers but was a limited practice participant on Thursday, suggesting he should be ready to play by Monday. If not, Drew Lock will make his second start of the season.

Brooks, Bellore, Witherspoon, and Adams did not practice today.
