There are very few amateur sporting events that are more fun than charity games featuring well-known stars, and there may be no one more suited to hamming it up for spectators than Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.

After all, he is one of the largest personalities in the NFL, and there is no stage too large for the three-time Super Bowl champion.

Kelce certainly did not disappoint in Saturday’s David Njoku Celebrity Softball Game in his native Cleveland.

As shared by a Kelce fan account on Twitter, he hammered three home runs during the home run derby at the star-studded event.

The tight end was already a football celebrity, with three Super Bowl rings, nine Pro Bowl selections, and an oversized personality.

But he soared into pop culture stardom in the last year with his highly publicized relationship with Taylor Swift, arguably the most popular vocalist in the world.

While some complained about the media’s over-saturation of attention to the celebrity couple, millions of new fans tuned in to watch the NFL.

And the 11-year veteran was rewarded in April with the most lucrative contract ever signed by an NFL tight end.

While some wondered if Kelce may consider retirement, he has $34.25 million reasons and his signature to keep him in Chiefs red through 2027.

The deal made Patrick Mahomes and millions of Kansas City fans very happy.
