Trey Alexander Claims G League Rookie of the Year Honors for the 2024-2025 Season

Denver Nuggets Two-Way guard Trey Alexander has been named the 2024-25 NBA G League Rookie of the Year for his time with the Grand Rapids Gold. The award, voted on by the league’s head coaches and general managers, recognizes the first-year professional who most significantly contributed to his team’s success during the regular season.

Alexander averaged 25.8 points, 5.7 rebounds and 5.6 assists while shooting 46.2% from the field in 30 overall games.

Mexico City Capitanes forward David Jones Garcia and Chicago Bulls Two-Way guard Jahmir Young (Windy City Bulls) finished second and third in voting, respectively.
