TV Schedule for FOX, CBS Broadcasts

There are just three weeks left in the 2023 NFL regular season, and things are heating up in the race for the playoffs. As things stand, we still have 26 teams mathematically in playoff contention, so the Week 16 NFL Coverage Maps are going to be loaded with consequential games regardless of your market.

NFL Coverage Map for Week 16

Each week the color maps from 506Sports are color-coded to demonstrate clearly which games will be broadcast in each area of the country. FOX once again has the double-header so they will have two coverage maps compared to one for CBS.

The coverage maps below are correct as of Wednesday. These will be updated as required ahead of Sunday.

  • Red: Cleveland Browns at Houston Texans
    Ian Eagle and Charles Davis
  • Green: Seattle Seahawks at Tennessee Titans
Andrew Catalon, Tiki Barber, and Matt Ryan
  • Yellow: Washington Commanders at New York Jets
    Spero Dedes and Adam Archuleta
  • Blue: Jacksonville Jaguars at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Late)
    Kevin Harlan and Trent Green

The CBS Week 16 NFL coverage map has two incredibly intriguing games for the playoff picture. In the early window, the matchup between the Texans and Browns will have huge ramifications for the playoff picture in the AFC. The Browns have an outside chance of claiming a playoff spot this week.

In the late slate, the game between the Buccaneers and Jaguars will also be hugely consequential. Both teams are currently top of their respective divisions, but only based on NFL playoff tiebreakers. A loss for either team could see them surrender the division and slide out of a playoff spot altogether.

    Kenny Albert and Jonathan Vilma
  • Blue: Indianapolis Colts at Atlanta Falcons
    Adam Amin and Mark Schlereth
  • Green: Green Bay Packers at Carolina Panthers
    Chris Myers and Robert Smith

The FOX early Week 16 NFL coverage map contains three games that will potentially shake up both playoff pictures. The Lions can clinch the division with a win, while the Vikings can make things extremely nerve-wracking for Dan Campbell’s team if they pull off a victory.

Both the Colts and Falcons need to win to stay in prime position in their respective playoff races. The Colts could even end the day at the top of the division if the Jaguars lose. For the Falcons, this is almost a must-win game. In Carolina, the Packers will hope to avoid a banana-skin game and bounce back from back-to-back losses.

FOX Late-Game NFL TV Coverage Map

  • Red: Dallas Cowboys at Miami Dolphins
    Kevin Burkhardt and Greg Olsen
  • Blue: Arizona Cardinals at Chicago Bears
    Kevin Kugler and Mark Sanchez

The game of the day on Sunday will take place between the 10-4 Cowboys and 10-4 Dolphins in Miami. Both teams need to win as they hunt down their respective divisions and look to stay in the race for the No. 1 seed in their conferences. This game rightly dominates the FOX late Week 16 NFL coverage map.

The other game in this slate is arguably the least consequential in terms of playoff consequences. The Cardinals are eliminated, and the Bears need a lot of help to make the postseason. Chicago could be eliminated from playoff contention this week, and a loss would almost certainly seal their fate.
