The Indiana Pacers’ standout guard Tyrese Haliburton faced a setback as he encountered a left hamstring strain in the first half of their Monday game against the Celtics, forcing him to sit out the remainder.
The injury occurred in the latter part of the second quarter when Haliburton, while driving to the basket, slipped in the lane and ended up doing the splits. Writhing in pain, he twisted on the court and clutched the back of his left leg.
