Uniformity in the Lions’ Draft Room: All Members Sporting Identical Jerseys

Dan Campbell has completely turned the Detroit Lions around.

He’s been a pivotal piece to their success, and the organization is reaping what they sowed when they trusted him.

That’s why it was so nice to see that everybody wanted to honor their beloved coach, as all the people inside their draft room were wearing his jersey (via PFF).

Campbell drew mockery and criticism earlier in his coaching career.

He was passionate, emotional, and sometimes a little extra, but it showed that he cared.

Being a former player who used to be out there in the trenches, he got everybody in the locker room to believe in him as much as he believed in them, and it didn’t take long before it paid off.

Granted, Campbell’s uber-aggressive coaching style can also lead to some wild decisions, and perhaps he would’ve capped last season’s success off with a trip to the Super Bowl if it wasn’t for that.

Then again, his unmatched and unwavering confidence in his players got him there, and not a single person in the organization criticized him for staying true to his philosophy.

For the first time in decades, it’s an exciting time to be a Lions fan, and this team should be a driving force in the NFC for a very long time.

Hopefully, Campbell is going to keep making strides as a head coach and learn through his mistakes, and he could leave as a franchise legend once it’s all said and done.
