Over the past few years, the Las Vegas Raiders haven’t had much to get hyped about, as the team has been shrouded in more controversy than success on the football field, even though the move to Sin City seems to be paying off financially for the storied NFL franchise.

Despite having a lot of question marks on the field, especially after the dismissal of head coach Josh McDaniels last season, which seems to be a step in the right direction with Antonio Pierce becoming his successor, star defensive end Maxx Crosby has been making a name for himself in the league.

With every passing year, Crosby seems to get better and better and now is widely considered to be one of the best defensive players in the league and always in the running for NFL Defensive Player of the Year.

Along with being a rising star in the NFL, Crosby has joined forces with Von Miller of the Buffalo Bills to host the Sack Summit in Las Vegas, Nevada, where the two-time Super Bowl champion has nothing but good things to say about the Raiders star via The Rush Podcast.

“I got to go with Maxx, man,” Miller said. “I’ve been respecting his game for a long time since he was just a young pup, man. And now he’s a big dog in the league. Just so versatile.”

Although the Raiders might still have a long way to go before being a legitimate force to be reckoned with in the AFC, Crosby will play a big part in the team’s success moving forward.

It’ll be interesting to see if Crosby can help lead his team to the NFL playoffs next season while proving that Pierce is the right man for the job as the leader on the sideline.
