Andy Murray has officially made his last appearance at Wimbledon.

The two-time champion was due to partner Emma Raducanu in the mixed doubles against Marcelo Arevalo (Spain) and Zhang Shuai (China) fourth on No.1 Court on Saturday.

But fellow Brit Raducanu has pulled out with wrist trouble.

The 2021 US Open champion is due to face New Zealand qualifier Lulu Sun for a place in the quarterfinals of the singles on Sunday.

She said on Friday that the scheduling of her doubles was “not ideal” before realizing her wrist would be a problem.

The 21-year old said on Saturday before going out to practice wearing an England football shirt (with the nation’s team playing Switzerland in the 2024 Euros later in the day): “Unfortunately I woke up with some stiffness in my right wrist this morning, so therefore I have decided to make the very tough decision to withdraw from the mixed doubles tonight.

“I’m disappointed as I was really looking forward to playing with Andy but got to take care.”

It means Murray played his last match at the tournament in a first-round doubles with brother Jamie on Centre Court on Thursday.
