Terme Olimia Podcetrtek (Liga Nova KBM) signed experienced 39-year old Serbian forward Dalibor Djapa (205cm-1984) for upcoming 2024-25 season. Djapa will still stay in Slovenia where he played last season at Sencur Gorenjska Kranj in Slovenian Liga Nova KBM. He managed to play in three leagues last year. In 19 Liga Nova KBM games he had 10.2ppg, 3.9rpg and 1.4apg. Djapa helped them to make it to the semifinals. He also played 8 games in ABA League where he recorded 12.0ppg and 4.5rpg. The other team he played shortly was Zoltasti Troti (2SKL). In only one game he averaged impressive 16 points, 7 rebounds, 2 assists and 3 steals.
Djapa is quite experienced player. He has played also professionally in Hungary (Alba), Italy (Cremona), Poland (Czarni), Romania (Timisoara, Targu Mures, Cluj Napoca, Pitesti and CSM Targu Jiu 2nd team), Ukraine (Budivelnyk, BIPA Odessa, Rivne and Kryvbas), Slovenia (Krka and Sentjur) and Serbia (KK Joker Sombor). Djapa was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Slovenian League Honorable Mention back in 2010 and 2011.
It’s very possible he may end his playing career at Terme Olimia.
