The Philadelphia Eagles are always looking for moves to improve their team.
GM Howie Roseman has made a name for himself by being aggressive in acquiring top talent.
But not every move he makes is going to make a huge difference.
According to Dov Kleiman, the Eagles are signing former Washington Commanders wide receiver Cam Sims.

Sims has not played at all this year, and he will be nothing more than depth.
It would be surprising if Sims plays any meaningful snaps for the Eagles.
Mostly because they have a strong wide receiving corps led by A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith.
Still, anytime the Eagles make a move it is worth mentioning.
The Eagles have a current record of 10-1, which is the best in the NFL.
They are hoping to be the number-one seed in the NFC for the second straight year.
Week 13 features one of the biggest games of the NFL season and it involves the Eagles.
It is a rematch of last year’s NFC Championship Game between the Eagles and San Francisco 49ers.
Both teams are once again at the top of the conference and this win could end up deciding home-field advantage.
The 49ers are out for revenge after losing both of their quarterbacks to injury in the NFC title game.
Many 49ers players felt like they were robbed of a chance at playing in the Super Bowl.
These are two of the top teams in the NFC and there are serious playoff implications at stake.
